If you have a website, you have to ensure that you keep your visitors engaged. Thus, you have to take advantage of the benefits of social media.
You should provide every possible way to interact with your guests. Although social media icons have no use to your website especially if you have no visitors, these icons, however, play an important role in connecting with your prospective visitors.
If you keep the lines of interaction open, there’s a big chance that these visitors will share your posts and help you generate more traffic to your site. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t need to have every social media icon on your website. You just have to determine where your prospective visitors will possibly share your posts as well as where they are most active.

It is also important to choose the correct icons you’ll place on your website. There are so many icons you can choose from.
You have to bear in mind that in choosing for social media and Web 2.0 icons, you have to take into consideration how important these icons are for you, the reason why you need to place these icons on your website, as well as the type of website that you maintain.
After all, it is important that you are consistent about your website’s branding. If you want your site to thrive online, you have to ensure that your choice of icons can entice your readers to share your posts so that you can draw more people to your website.
Hope you like them!
