We’re looking for a new Business Admin & Sales member.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Business Admin & Sales member, you’re the backbone of organizational efficiency, overseeing day-to-day operations with a keen eye for improvement. You’ll analyse sales and profit reports, coordinate departmental activities, and spearhead employee training initiatives. You’ll also:

  • Lead product marketing and promotional efforts
  • Manage financial activities and budgetary processes
  • Collaborate with HR to enhance workforce productivity
  • Research and implement technological advancements to streamline operations
  • Supervise production and service activities to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement operational policies, objectives, and procedures
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and clients
  • Maintain records and generating reports to track business operations

  • Familiarity with business management procedures and basic accounting principles

Education and Training 

The minimum requirement for this position is a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business, or related fields. Previous experience in low-level managerial roles and certification is an advantage.
