How To Close A Chat Box On Facebook

Social media sites like Facebook are a good platform to use if you want to reach out to your friends. Their chat feature makes communication and connection with your friends a lot easier and seamless. With Facebook’s chat feature, chatting with your friends is just a click away.

Pretty impressive huh? But what if you’re finished chatting with your friends? How do you close the chat box?

If you’re still new to Facebook, then this guide is what you’ll need to close your chat box once you’re done with it.

Here’s what you need to do to close the chat box:

1. Log in to Facebook
2. Once you’re done chatting with your friend, click the “x” mark at the top right portion of the chat box. You’re done! Here’s an example screenshot:
   

Clicking the “x” mark on the upper right part of the box does the trick of closing your chat box. So if you’re finished chatting with your friends, you can then close it to give a better view of your timeline and make your viewing experience a lot better.
