We provide services to almost any industry, but the majority of our clients come from the following sectors: entertainment, hospitality, events, weddings, marketing.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Events Sales Management Intern to support our events team in managing sales processes and administrative tasks. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event sales, customer relationship management, and administrative operations. These may apply to our own brands, sister companies and/or client projects. You may be assigned different projects every few weeks, depending on available projects and other factors:

  • Sales & Management of Companies
    • Assist in sales and business management of our brands, partners and client projects in the events industry.
    • Generate leads, close deals, conduct research, and implement strategies.
    • Assist in staging presentations such as showroom staging, shoot, events.
  • Implementation of Growth Strategies
    • Aid in daily marketing tasks including social media management, content creation, blog post writing, SEO and website maintenance.
    • Implementing various growth strategies to maximize visibility and sales.
    • Development of website, marketing communication assets and sales tools.
    • Attend meetings with potential clients and partners, and networking events.
    • Assisting in planning events, client meetings, or promotional and team building activities.
    • Assist in conducting training and classes.
  • Administration Support
    • Handle appointments, emails and calls efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
    • Handle orders from paperwork processing to preparation and packaging.
    • Provide assistance to customers, including walk-ins, appointments and maintenance.
    • Support the finance team with accurate bookkeeping, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
    • Inventory tracking, monitoring, reports & organization.
  • Business Systems Management
    • Contribute to developing and implementing business processes and systems to streamline workflows.
    • Take on team building assignments to foster collaboration and cohesion within the organization.
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments and tasks related to growth including our sister companies and client projects.


  • Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Events Management or a related field.
  • You are undertaking this internship to fulfill your educational program requirements.
  • Internships typically span a minimum duration of 3-6 months.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly reliable and commitment to on-time performance, with no last-minute cancellations.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields is advantageous but not required.
  • Access to own laptop, smartphone and high-speed internet.


  • Hands-on experience in event sales administration.

  • Stipend provided to cover some expenses during the internship.
  • Commission earned for meeting sales target, rewarding successful sales efforts.
