We are currently looking for a talented and motivated co-op marketing intern for our Toronto office. This is an opportunity that is ideal for university and coop students who are enrolled in school and looking to complete co-op/internship hours to graduate.

Please be aware that the extent of your responsibilities may fluctuate based on the number of hours you commit to working with us. Here’s an outline of the anticipated responsibilities. These may apply to our own brands, sister companies and/or client projects. You may be assigned different projects every few weeks, depending on available projects and other factors:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans for our brands, partners, and/or vendors.
  • Perform daily marketing operations to ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
  • Boost online presence through website content, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create compelling multimedia content, including videos, photography, and graphics, for social media channels, websites, and email newsletters.
  • Copywriting for various marketing materials including ad copies, email campaigns, website content, and social media posts.
  • Write engaging and informative blog posts on relevant topics to attract and engage our target audience.
  • Generate leads, nurture relationships, and coordinate with sales teams.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency throughout all marketing efforts.
  • Develop brand guidelines and standards for messaging, visuals, and tone.
  • Assist in planning events, including staging, installation, and teardown, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing.
  • Create landing pages that are visually appealing and optimized for conversion.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze data for marketing insights.
  • Assist in website development and design projects, ensuring functionality and user experience meet brand standards and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service.
  • Build partnerships and strategic alliances with other organizations for joint marketing efforts.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, or direct mail to potential prospects.
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in enhancing and streamlining marketing and client relations processes to drive engagement and facilitate company growth.
  • Fulfill miscellaneous marketing and growth-related tasks as needed.
