How to Remove Options from WooCommerce Shop Products

Modification of product pages can be a bit intimidating. If you need to remove options from Woocommerce, you simply need to go to WP-Admin and open the concerned product information. There, you can make any necessary changes to a product. This includes editing descriptions, optimizing them for search engines, or even adding drop-down options. 

Besides these, the panel also allows you to revert changes and remove them with ease. In case there are changes in product details or configurations, you can do that with ease. The developers understand how dynamic and unpredictable digital commerce can be. With this in mind, the features are ensured to be flexible as much as possible to cater to such needs.

If you need to remove product options from WooCommerce, scroll down to the Product Data in WP-Admin. Furthermore, you can find the current options you have under Attributes. Often, you’ll find the options you have collapsed. Expand each to determine which option you intend to edit or remove. The Name field is the option title while the Values field is where you can find the options. Each selection is separated using the pipe or vertical bar on the keyboard.

On the expandable bar per product option, you may hover over it to see the remove option on the right. Subsequently, click on Remove to delete the full option. Once done, you may check the preview by scrolling up and clicking on the Preview Changes button on the Publish panel located on the upper right of the page. This will direct you to the live preview of the product page. If you’re happy with the preview, save and publish to implement it on the live store.
