We’re seeking an enthusiastic Website Design & Development Interns to join our team for a 3-6 months unpaid internship. This role presents an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in sales and marketing strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and business development. The ideal candidate will be driven, creative, and eager to learn and grow alongside our team.

We provide services to almost any industry, but the majority of our clients come from the following sectors: entertainment, hospitality, events, marketing, real estate, cleaning, dental, medical, and law.

Please be aware that the extent of your responsibilities may fluctuate based on the number of hours you commit to working with us. Here’s an outline of the anticipated responsibilities. These may apply to our own brands, sister companies and/or client projects. You may be assigned different projects every few weeks, depending on available projects and other factors:

  • Website Design: Creating wireframes, mockups, and responsive designs using tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
  • Website Development: Building/enhancing websites using WordPress, Shopify or Squarespace.
  • Graphic Design: Designing visual elements such as logos, banners, icons, social media graphics and images using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Content Visuals: Creating graphics, pdf files and videos for pages and blog posts, including featured images, infographics, templates, packages and social media visuals.
  • Content Management: Adding and updating website content, ensuring SEO optimization.
  • SEO Optimization: Conducting keyword research, optimizing meta tags, headers, and URLs, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Collaboration: Working with team members, participating in meetings, and communicating progress.
  • Project Management: Assisting in planning and execution, managing tasks with tools like Jira or Trello.
  • UX/UI Enhancement: Conducting user research, implementing best practices, and analyzing feedback.
  • Research & Learning: Staying updated with trends, participating in training sessions.
  • Maintenance: Performing website updates and monitoring performance.
  • Automation: Setting up apps and tools to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conducting cross-browser testing, fixing bugs, and performing usability testing.
  • Documentation: Documenting code, design processes, and creating user guides.


  • A genuine interest in web design and development, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • A creative mindset and an eye for design, with the ability to turn ideas into visually stunning websites.
  • Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is preferred but not required. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and willing to dive into new technologies.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • A skill for problem-solving and the ability to think critically to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Access to own laptop, smartphone and high-speed internet.
