So you’re finally done with building your WordPress blog! How does that feel? Not that hard, right? Now you’re ready to make your first post, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do that:

HOW-TO: Create a Blog Post on WordPress

1. Login to your WordPress dashboard a.k.a. your admin panel. The URL should be like this: http://www.websitehere.com/wp-admin/
2. Click the “Posts” menu from the left sidebar and select “Add New”.
3. There you go – your post editor. Start with the post title, then write your post on the main editor. After writing your posts, assign a category, add 3-4 related tags, and use a featured image if you’d like. Here’s an example screenshot:
4. Press the “Publish” button once you’re done.
