Position Overview:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Technical Support Intern with a keen interest in websites, content optimization, automation, and AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into digital platforms, identifying small issues before they become big problems, and making processes smoother. You may also assist with onsite support for events and setups — including camera gear and basic tech equipment. We support clients across a range of industries, with a focus on entertainment, hospitality, events, marketing, real estate, cleaning, dental, medical, and law.

- Minimum Weekly Hour: 16-24 hours, depending on your College requirements
Key Responsibilities
Please be aware that the extent of your responsibilities may fluctuate based on the number of hours you commit to working with us. Here’s an outline of the anticipated responsibilities. These may apply to our own brands, sister companies and/or client projects. You may be assigned different projects every few weeks, depending on available projects and other factors:
Website & SEO Support
- Conduct audits to identify broken links, speed issues, formatting problems, outdated content, or weak SEO.
- Assist in uploading, updating, and optimizing website content (products, blogs, landing pages, etc.).
- Improve on-page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, alt tags, headers, internal linking, and page speed.
- Help document website issues and ensure fixes are applied promptly.
Tech & Automation Support
- Research, test, and help implement AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Airtable automation).
- Assist in building workflows to help the team save time and reduce manual work.
- Support internal tech stack reviews to streamline how we manage websites, files, tasks, and data.
Onsite Support (as needed)
- Assist with setting up tech gear at shoots or events (tripods, cameras, lights, tablets, etc.).
- Help run simple tests on equipment and ensure backups are in place.
- Support team members with quick troubleshooting during on-location setups.
Content, Systems & Documentation
- Organize and maintain documentation for internal processes and client-facing tech.
- Help develop visual tutorials or quick-reference guides to assist the team or clients.
- Support research and testing of new tech tools, apps, or CMS plugins that could boost performance.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages or automation tools is a plus.
- Experience or interest in website management is desirable.
